The best applicant will have hands-on, small business background – you will wear many hats in a fast-paced environment. You should have background with small, growth-oriented companies, and demonstrate strategic vision. Strong sales and marketing leadership is essential, as you will be focused on developing and implementing a business development plan and supervising a sales team.
You should have fifteen or more years of background in a food manufacturing, bakery or other food industry environment, and love the industry. The office is in Long Island City, and we strongly prefer someone within a reasonable commuting distance.
